The Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation is excited to announce that we are moving to a new location in Petoskey effective Monday, April 24, 2023. After 30 years at the historic Zipp Building downtown, the Community Foundation’s new office is located at 1349 US-131, Suite A, Petoskey.
“We are thrilled about the new location which offers more space for our growing staff,” said David (DJ) Jones, Executive Director of the Community Foundation. “This move is a great opportunity for our six-person team and will allow us to better serve our nonprofit partners and agencies, donors and fund holders, and the Emmet County community at large.”
Located on the main level of the Real Estate One building on US-131 across from Huntington Bank, our new office features improved gathering spaces for various small group, committee, and board meetings. The office and its entrance are barrier-free and offers free parking.
To accommodate the move, our office will be closed Monday and Tuesday, April 24 and 25, 2023. During this time, phone and email service will likely be interrupted. Thank you in advance for your patience. We look forward to welcoming the community to the new space with an open house in late May 2023.
