The application period for our 2025-26 academic year scholarships is now open! Students in Emmet County graduating this spring and planning to further their education this fall by attending a community college, university, or trade/vocational program in the 2025-26 academic year are invited to apply.
Applications are due Monday, March 3, 2025.
Each year, the Community Foundation offers approximately 49 scholarships from 29 unique funds to support students on a wide range of educational paths. Eligibility and selection criteria vary by scholarship and include financial need, academic excellence, community service, or pursuit of a particular field of study.
Since its founding more than 30 years ago, the Community Foundation has awarded over $900,000 in scholarships to local students. This incredible support is made possible by the generosity of donors who have established scholarship funds through the Foundation. These funds often serve as a meaningful way to honor loved ones, give back to a hometown or alma mater, or invest in specific vocations. Together, they reflect the unique values and aspirations of our community.
