Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Community Foundation’s conference room will be unavailable for meetings until further notice.

The Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation is pleased to open our office to the community and offer local nonprofits the use of our meeting room. In order to make it available to as many groups as possible, the Community Foundation has established the following policies and procedures.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time. In these rare instances, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can make other arrangements. If your organization needs to cancel an event, please let us know prior to reserved date so we may offer the facilities to another organization.

Policies/Procedures for Use of Conference Space

Eligible groups: Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation’s conference room is available for use by local nonprofit organizations. Community Foundation events shall receive priority in meeting room scheduling.

Nature of the event: The conference room is designed to host gatherings that will require tables and chairs. Restrictions include:

  • Events that require an open space without furniture will not be possible.
  • Commercial use, fundraising events or private parties will not be permitted.
  • No smoking.
  • No alcoholic beverages.

The conference room can accommodate up to 22 people depending upon table/chair configuration. We encourage organizations to stop by and view our facilities at any time during normal business hours.

Availability and frequency: In order to provide flexibility for room usage, reservation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to an event date. The room is available from 8:30am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Organizations are eligible to use the meeting rooms up to 6 times a calendar year.

Cost: There is no fee to use the conference space. Use of PHSACF conference phone system may result in a fee. PHSACF will bill the organization according to invoice received from conference call provider. Charges are based on a per line, per minute rate.
