The foundation offers flexibility, simplicity, and permanence.

What to Give
You may make a gift of any amount to the Community Foundation in the form of cash, check, stocks, or other assets. Regardless of its size, your donation will benefit the community.

Where to Give
Some donors make an unrestricted contribution, allowing the trustees of the Community Foundation to decide how to direct the income and enabling us to respond to changing community needs.  Other donors prefer to designate their gift for a particular interest, for example, education, elder care, the arts, or youth programs.  The Community Foundation offers endowment funds as a service to area not-for-profit organizations.  You may give to these agency funds in support of the organization's long-term health.  You may add your gift to an existing named fund or establish a fund of your own.
